Payment Terms
Please call Paul or Helen on 0789 101 4164 to make a provisional booking. We are happy to hold provisional bookings for 24 hours while you arrange your flights.

A non-refundable deposit £100 will be payable when confirming your reservation. Cheques or bank transfers are accepted, please ask Paul or Helen for bank details.

Your outstanding balance is required to be paid in full 8 weeks prior to your arrival date. If you are paying by bank transfer please allow a few extra days for the transfer of funds.

For bookings of less than 8 weeks prior to your departure the full rental cost will be due at the time of booking. Cheques or bank transfers are accepted, please ask the owners for bank details.

Your reservation cannot be held if the funds are not received.

Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation must be made in writing or via email by the person who made the Booking. If you cancel your holiday you will be liable to pay the following % of your outstanding balance.

Changeover Days
Your holiday can start on any day of the week for any period of 5 days or more, which means that you can take full advantage of cheap flights from your local airport.
You can check in any time after 2pm.
We ask that you leave no later than 11:00am on your day of departure.
Directions and keys will be sent to you 2-weeks before your departure.

Insurance
The owners will not accept liability for any damage or loss to guests’ possessions under any circumstances. All guests are asked to abide by the pool rules at all times and to be considerate of other guests staying at Casa Piedra. We recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover such unforeseen circumstances and also to cover your own personal possessions.
